We are a small independent entreprenur, the business plan this country was built upon. We are not a big conglomerate or chain, cranking out thousands of meals in some big factory and then supplying it to our corporate restaurants around the U.S. in a plastic bag to have it reheated in boiling water.
We receive produce everyday to maintain the freshness and quality of our salads and vegetables used in our dishes. Our marinara and sauces are made in small batches to maintain quality of our product and provide you with fresh tasting and a pleasurable dining experience. Our soups - you'll think mama is in the kitchen ! Our meats are beyond compare! Many purveyors have tried to convince us to use their products in lieu of making our own meatballs and sauces we create.They can not create in their huge factories the taste and qualit5y that we create everyday in our restaurant.
We are not drivien by some big corporation striving to become the biggest in the country. We are only asking that you give us a chance to provide you with a pleasant and tasteful dining experience.
We are a bit of a hidden gem in Rancho Mirage. We are along Highway 111 and Bob Hope Drive in the Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center. Your might think of us as on the Indio side of Bob Hope Drive across from "The River". Please come in some great food and enjoy the pride and spirit that this country was built on.
