Owner, Tom Hixson, an accomplished chef in his own right, brings his experiences to the table, having spent time in Italy and at la Varenne in France as well as having studied with chefs and instructors known at the national level, particularly in the arena of desserts. Watch for new dessert creations featured as special items throughout the year.
